2. Description of Service

ThemeRipple is a marketplace for premium WordPress themes. We provide a platform where customers can browse, purchase, and download high-quality WordPress themes for use in personal and commercial projects.

3. Purchases & Payments

• All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Authorize.Net. We do not store your card details.
• Upon successful payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased theme.
• All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases of significant defects or technical issues.

4. License Grant

When you purchase a theme from ThemeRipple, you receive:

• A personal or commercial use license for a single website or project.
• Lifetime access to the downloaded theme files (as they existed at the time of purchase).
• The right to modify the theme for your own use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased themes with third parties.
• Claim ownership or authorship of any purchased theme.
• Use purchased themes in products intended for redistribution (e.g., theme bundles, template marketplaces).

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Downloads

Purchased theme files are available for download from your account dashboard at any time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure file availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It is your responsibility to keep local backups of purchased files.

7. Intellectual Property

All themes, logos, content, and materials on ThemeRipple are protected by intellectual property laws. The ThemeRipple brand, name, and platform design are our exclusive property. Purchasing a theme grants you a license to use the theme, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that themes will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or compatible with all hosting environments or WordPress versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThemeRipple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any purchased themes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
